Every order at FILOSIAN is processed with meticulous care to ensure garment quality and packaging integrity.

1. ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- During high-demand archive drops or limited releases, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
We partner with premier courier networks across India:
- Metro Cities: 3 – 5 business days post-dispatch.
- Rest of India: 5 – 7 business days post-dispatch.
(Delivery times are indicative and may slightly vary due to weather or logistics constraints).

3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Standard / Free Shipping is applied on orders as specified during checkout.
- Any applicable express shipping or COD charges will be explicitly shown prior to payment.

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING
- As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated tracking link via email / SMS / WhatsApp.
- You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time until delivery.

5. NON-DELIVERY & ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate.
- If a package is returned to origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
